Welcome to Wellness 101, a counselling practice based in North Vancouver and supporting people throughout British Columbia.
So often we are unsure of how to manage our mental health in the face of adversity. Wellness 101 provides you with the coping skills necessary to improve your overall quality of life.

I am proud to live, work, and play on the Unceded Territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

We have many safety protocols in place to ensure we meet your counselling needs, while keeping your comfort, health and safety a priority. Virtual and phone sessions continue to be available.

Mitch is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Many extended health plans cover counselling with RCCs.

About Mitch Mackay

Mitch Mackay holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology and is an experienced Teacher and Firefighter in North Vancouver. His passion has always been to help others, and his career has allowed him the opportunity to do what he loves while giving back to the community.
Mitch lives in North Vancouver with his twin daughters, step-son and wife. When he is not cheering on the Canucks or playing golf, he can usually be found enjoying the North Vancouver trails with his dog.
